Thank you for purchasing US Electric Technologies Exc!ter®Products.

Please read warranty terms and conditions:

 I. US Electric Technologies guarantees the Exc!ter® materials / equipment described herein against defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, for 12 calendar months from the date of installation dependent upon registrationof the warranty.

II. Warranty requires the Exc!ter® be installed by a current state licensed Air Conditioning contractor. Customer Service / Installation help Hotline is 1-833-805-0330

III. Warranty does not cover:

a. Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion or water damage.

b. Failure or defect due to acts of God, accident, misuse or abuse including lighting, power surges, fire and electrical interference.

c. Failure or defect due to use for other than intended purpose or modification to system design, improper installationor improper service maintenance.

d. Labor cost for removing defective parts and installation of a new part.

IV. US Electric Technologies will not be responsible for any losses, damages, loss of profit and expenses arising from the failure of the Exc!ter® product, and any consequence of its repair and replacement of any detective component under this warranty whatsoever.

V. Warranty registration must be completed within 14 days of installation. 

VI. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

VII. This warranty shall be rendered null and void if:

a. Any alteration or amendment is made to Warranty.

b. Any unauthorized repair, alteration or modification to Exc!ter®.

c. The failure was due to lack of maintenance and reasonable care.

VIII. Optional additional cost extension warranty is 48 months, excluding labor cost and is subject to equipment model.

IX. By registering this warranty and providing your data, you agree to the terms and conditions in the US Electric Technologies, LLC Exc!ter® Warranty.
